How Can 98,578,045 Americans Be So Stupid?

According to a recent Scripps Howard/Ohio University poll more than a third of the American public suspects that federal officials assisted in the 9/11 terrorist attacks or took no action to stop them so the United States could go to war in the Middle East.

The far left will always be composed of conspiracy theorists and other bizarre fringe groups who simply can't accept any straightforward explanation on any matter that is in any way related to authority or the government. Regardless of how detailed and exhaustive any investigations into the matter at hand are, they will always remain unconvinced and steadfast in their fatalistic beliefs that "the man" ie. "authority" is somehow out to get them.

The simple insinuation that the far left could have somehow grown to now include over a third of our country is downright chilling.

True or not, we are left with one simple question.... What is it that possibly feeds the dementia of these idiots? Before I managed to read the rest of the poll, it all started to come into perspective.

"...members of racial and ethnic minorities, people with only a high school education and Democrats were especially likely to suspect federal involvement in 9/11...[sic]"

These are the same people who not only get confused with punch ballots, but also think or can be led to believe that a blow job isn't sex.

These are the people are country's democratic leadership preys on. Morally bankrupt and devoid of any platform of their own, America's democratic leadership's only position seems to be the opposite of whatever the current administration states or promotes. Mark my words, if the president says "white" the democrats will all in unison scream "black". Today the clarion call is for freedom and democracy.

Lenin once called these people like this "useful idiots", people who live in liberal democracies and yet give moral and material support to a totalitarian ideologies throughout the world. Today we can call them Democrats.

Finding himself perplexed, Bruce C. Thornton, a professor of Classics at California State University wrote:

"Why people who enjoyed freedom and prosperity worked passionately to destroy both is a fascinating question, one still with us today. Now the useful idiots can be found in the chorus of appeasement, reflexive anti-Americanism, and sentimental idealism trying to inhibit the necessary responses to another freedom-hating ideology, radical Islam."

I've written a bit about this phenomenon of America's useful idiots before and how they are honestly seen from abroad in a post entitled "America's Ambassadors or America's Shame". If you have not read it, I urge you to. Like everyone else though, I'm at a complete loss to explain their self-hatred.

Ironically, it is the self-hatred of America's left, diversity and the lack of unity in America that provides a catalyst to our nation's enemies. Sadly though no amount of logic can ever convince them otherwise.
