"Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so."
Lao, Welcome back man!!!! The cartoon describes us to a "t" at the moment. I find it interesting it was drawn in 1934. Know that Barry and is crew are driving the wagon off the cliff...I don't know how the media is playing in your part of the world. We've still seen no proof of citizenship either.
You do realize that only 33-34% of all registered voters actually voted for BO, don't you? Hope you will get back on the case. As we need more info worse than ever.
That's a good cartoon containing a very big truth. I saw it first syndicated in a British newspaper.
There is nothing new about Obama's spend and interfere policies. The UK's Labour party have tried the big spending aproach in the 1930s, 40/50s, 60s, 70s and from 1997 to present. Each time they have been thrown out of office with the nation in economic crisis.
Good to see you back, Lao
ReplyDeleteWelcome back; hope you are safe and secure. Think I'll do up a couple of HotDogs in your honour! :^)

Lao, glad to run into this posting! A fellow FReeper is glad to see you!
ReplyDeleteSay do you have a link to some Indonesian law sites regarding School registration requirements back when Barry was a boy registering for school there?
